It is a type of fermented shrimp paste made from krill (a small shrimp species), with a different color and flavor compared to shrimp paste. It does not have the same pungent taste as shrimp paste, and can be diluted with water or sugar, lime juice when making dipping sauce, and can be used as a seasoning when cooking vegetable soup. Chili can be added to krill paste if desired.

How to use:
- Pour the fermented fish sauce into a bowl, add minced garlic, chili, finely chopped or crushed ginger, squeeze lime juice, add sugar. Stir well, season to taste and enjoy
