Vinh Thuan rice flour for making banh beo is produced using modern technology, with the main ingredients being rice flour and tapioca flour to ensure the final product is excellent, soft, fragrant, and meets the standard taste of Vietnamese cakes. Moreover, the product's closed technological process guarantees product quality, safety, and cleanliness.

How to use banh beo flour:

- Add 400g of Bèo cake flour to 600 ml of water, stir well, then use a sieve

- Add 300g of sugar to 200 ml of water, cook until dissolved, then strain

- Pour the sugar water into the stirred flour, mix well

- Bring the pot of water to a boil, cook for about 15 minutes, then place the steamer in and steam for 5 minutes. After that, pour the batter into the steamer, steam for another 5 minutes until the banh beo is cooked.

Note: If you want to make savory banh beo, skip the step of cooking the sugar water and use 900ml of water

Ingredients: Rice flour, cornstarch (extract from sweet potatoes)
