How to use:
- Volume: 450ml
- Ripe bananas: 1kg
- Size: 80g - 100g (depending on preference)
- Cooking oil: 2 tablespoons
Step 1: Put banana flour, water, sugar, vegetable oil in a bowl, stir well until dissolved (1)
Step 2: Slice half of the ripe bananas into thin round pieces, mash the other half, then mix them into the mixture (1) thoroughly (2)
Step 3: Pour the evenly mixed flour and banana mixture (2) into the mold
Step 4: Prepare a steamer with boiling water, place the cake mold in the steamer. Steam for 20 - 30 minutes (depending on the thickness of the cake). Thinner cakes taste better.
