How to make rolled cake:
- Filling: diced beef, shiitake mushrooms, jicama, finely chopped purple onions squeezed dry. Stir-fry each ingredient until cooked, season with seasoning powder, salt, sugar to taste.
- Cake crust: Take 1 package of 400g flour and mix with about 1000ml of water, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, stir until dissolved
- Use a tightly stretched cloth over boiling water to steam the cake (pour water up to 2/3 of the pot)
- Pour 1 ladle of batter onto the fabric, spread evenly and cover for about 2 minutes to cook the cake
- Or you can use a good non-stick pan, rub a thin layer of oil and coat
- Use a bamboo stick to remove the cake, place it on a greased tray, add the filling and roll the cake, remove any stuck parts on the steamed cloth and continue steaming
- Use a knife to cut the cake into small pieces, sprinkle purple onions and enjoy
