Mikko cake flour is made from carefully selected rice flour and tapioca starch, free from harmful chemicals, safe for consumers. The flour has elastic, chewy properties, with a natural white color. When processed, the flour produces smooth, white, and chewy rice rolls.
How to use: Huong Xua 220g Rice Roll Flour, add 500g (500ml) of water and 2 teaspoons of cooking oil and follow these steps:
- Step 1: Add Hương Xưa rice flour, water, and cooking oil, stir until the flour is dissolved evenly
- Step 2: Let the stirred flour sit for about 20 to 30 minutes
- Step 3: Heat a non-stick pan, brush a thin layer of oil on the pan
- Step 4: Scoop a thin layer of batter evenly onto the pan, set the heat to low. Cover the pan for about 01 minute for the batter to cook, then uncover and transfer the cake to a tray that has been brushed with oil, add the meat filling and roll it up
- Hot rolled rice pancake is often served with Vietnamese pork sausage, fermented pork roll, and spicy-sour fish sauce
