How to make mung bean pig skin cake:
- Add 300g of sugar to 600ml of water, cook until dissolved, then let it cool
- Slowly pour 350g of sugar syrup into the 350g of agar agar powder, stir well, then add 1 packet of food coloring to the mixture, mix well
- Mix 100g of sugar with 200g of peeled mung beans, put in a pan and stir-fry until the mung beans are slightly crispy, then remove from heat while still slightly liquid
- Add 200ml of coconut milk and 50g of agar agar powder to the cooked mung beans
- Boil the water in the North, put the round metal mold that has been greased, scoop the green flour mixture into the steaming mold, steam until nearly cooked, pour the mung bean layer on top (when pouring the mung bean layer, try the flour on the steaming green layer, if the flour drops without blending into the green color, then pour the mung bean layer on top, otherwise the mung bean layer will sink to the bottom of the mold)
- When the layer of ripe mung beans is cooked, add another layer of green flour on top. Continue steaming until the flour is used up
