Pre-mixed Banh Duc Flour 400g/pack

Ingredients: ST25 rice flour, organic starch flour, yellow flower sticky rice flour

Expiration date: 6 months from the date of manufacture

How to make hot rice cake:

Rice cake flour mix (400g can make at least 15 small bowls) 1.8 liters of bone broth (if unavailable, use water):

- Put the flour mixture on the stove, heat it at medium level, use a spoon to stir constantly during cooking to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom of the pot, observe if the mixture is too thick, you can add more water, if it's just right, then stop

- When the mixture becomes very thick and starts to turn opaque white, adjust the heat to the lowest setting of the stove, add 6 tablespoons of cooking oil and stir well

- Bánh đúc can be stirred in advance and stored in a box, kept in the refrigerator. When eating, just reheat in the microwave or put it on the stove with a little boiling water, you will have a delicious hot bánh đúc dish.

Side dish:

- With the amount of flour as above, you can use the equivalent of 400g ground pork + wood ear mushrooms + fish sauce + pepper stir-fried together into a mixture
