Fried Banana Flour / Fried Shrimp Mikko 150g
Ingredients: Wheat flour (60%), rice flour, salt, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate (E500ii)
Fried shrimp:
Add more: Cold water melted from ice: 240ml
-Step 1: Roll a layer of dry flour on the straightened shrimp
-Step 2: Mix the flour mixture with water until the flour is slightly lumpy. Dip the shrimp in the flour
-Step 3: Then fry at a temperature of 170oC to 175oC. When frying, slowly pour the pre-mixed batter mixture directly onto the shrimp.
Fried banana:
-Step 1: Pour 1 pack of Hương xưa shrimp and banana fritter flour into a bowl, then add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar and 200ml of cold water mixed with ice until the mixture is evenly dissolved
-Step 2: Dip the thinly sliced bananas into the batter and fry briefly at a temperature of 170oC to 175oC, then dip the banana slices into the batter for a second time and continue frying until the bananas are evenly golden brown.
Note: The mixed powder should be used within 15 minutes
