Pomelo Peel for Making Sweet Soup 80g
Ingredients: Pomelo peel (30%), tapioca starch, sugar, pandan leaf.
Instructions for use: Boil the pomelo peel for 20 minutes until it becomes transparent and floats to the top, then remove and soak in cold water to make the product crispy, then drain all the water out.
Suggested way to make pomelo sweet soup: (1 pack equals 20 servings of tea)
- 80g pomelo peel, 100g mung beans, 50g tapioca starch, 250g palm sugar, 1 liter coconut milk.
- Green beans are peeled clean, soaked in water for 6 - 8 hours, then drained, steamed over medium heat for about 15 - 20 minutes until soft.
- Boil the pomelo peel until soft.
- Dissolve the sugar with 750 ml of water, add pomelo peel and mung beans, cook for about 5 - 7 minutes.
- Mix the starch with 100 ml of water, slowly add to the pot, stir well and cook for another 10 minutes until the dessert thickens.
Storage: Dry and airy place.
