Chicken Seasoning with Sea Salt and Pepper 300g
Spice for marinating chicken with herbal salt 300g pack, standard flavor for 2-3 chickens
Ingredients: mFish sauce, sugar, seasoning powder, turmeric powder, various herbs
Usage:
- Dissolve 1 packet of seasoning in 4 liters of water for 3 chickens, so that the water covers all the chickens
- Add 4-5 fresh lime leaves, 2-3 dried shallots, 1-2 crushed lemongrass stalks, 1 piece of ginger into the pot
- Soak the chicken in a mixture of spices and water for 3-6 hours
- Boil the chicken with mixed water, after boiling, reduce the heat, simmer for 12 - 15 minutes depending on the size of the chicken. Note: Do not cover the pot during this step. The chicken will be sweet and pink because of this step.
- After boiling for 10 - 15 seconds, turn off the heat, cover the pot tightly and let the chicken simmer for 30 - 40 minutes
- Remove the chicken to cool, then sprinkle a little pepper on the skin or inside the abdomen. Put the chicken in a bag and store it in the refrigerator for 1 day before use.
