🍃 Shiitake Mushroom with Ginger
🍃 Ingredients:
- 15 dried shiitake mushrooms
- 500ml water
- 2 Kikkoman soy sauce spoons
- 1 small ginger, sliced
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- Sesame oil
🍃 How to do:
After cleaning and soaking the dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water for about 15 minutes to soften, remove the stems and place them in a pot.
Pour in water just enough to cover, add some ginger soy sauce. Bring to a boil then simmer on low heat for about 40 minutes until mushrooms are soft. Season with spices to taste.
Scoop into a bowl, before eating add a few sesame seeds for fragrance then eat hot with rice.
