Sea moss set for cooking 10 liters of water
Ingredients:
Chrysanthemum(1), Licorice(2), Rehmannia(3), Monk Fruit(4), Artichoke(5), Pandan Leaf(6), Schisandra Berry(7), Ginseng (Seaweed)
Instructions:
A. Pre-processing:
Step 1: Clean the Seaweed and Mackerel with 3 to 4 rounds of water.
Step 2: Clean the pandan leaves and chrysanthemum flowers with 1 to 2 rounds of water.
Step 3: Divide the monk fruit into small segments.
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Pour 8 to 10 liters of water into the pot along with licorice, astragalus, hawthorn fruit, and artichoke extract, cook over high heat until boiling.
When the water boils, cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.
Step 1: After 20 minutes of boiling pandan leaves, chrysanthemum flowers, and rock sugar, cook for an additional 10 minutes until the rock sugar is completely dissolved.
Then turn off the stove, use a strainer to keep only the ginseng water. Let it cool down before putting it in the refrigerator for later use.
