INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Soften seaweed
Soak the seaweed in cold water for 5-10 minutes to soften, the time depends on you, press it with your fingers to check if it's soft enough, then take it out.
Step 2: Deodorize
Boil water, add turmeric or ginger, when boiling add seaweed, bring back to a boil, then stir the seaweed evenly for 3-5 minutes (you can press with your fingers to check if the seaweed is soft, avoid overcooking to prevent it from becoming mushy or undercooking to prevent it from being tough)
